A Birthday Party!
Last night, we had so much fun celebrating my son’s 3rd birthday party. It was just a family gathering since it was just all his cousins, uncles, grandparents, and aunts who celebrated with us. It was exciting; my son had so much fun seeing that there are a lot of people at our house last night. He wasn’t really aware that it was his birthday or something. I guess he was but basically he never blows his candle yet, he did not know how.
We had so much work last night too and I thanked my mother in law for helping us out by making the cake herself! It turns out so good and deliciously perfect, she made her own frosting and that's the best thing! A work with love!
And, she made a little cake for him to blow and that's so sweet of my mother in law doing that...
Also, I had to cook Spaghetti with meatballs for dinner and some desserts as well last night, it was a lot of work and I haven't done it yet for a long time. It is really better to celebrate birthday parties at the restaurant or something. It's less work.
Anyway, it was fun. He had received some new toys again from his cousins and relatives. I had a Thomas the Tank Engine as his birthday theme last night since he loves Thomas a lot. He got a new set of train from his grandma again and some new coloring sheets too.
Well, I can’t believe how time went by so quickly that now he is finally three years old. Today is his actually birthday and I guess we’re still going to celebrate it as a family this time. We’re thinking of going to Chuck E’ Cheese because I received some free birthday tokens from them and maybe, for the rest of the afternoon we can do something else or go to buy him something I guess.
I am just so glad everything went well last night on my son’s birthday party; although, I am so tired dealing with it but it’s all worth it and I am so glad my son are now finally three and a big boy! Even though there a sad part since he is no longer a baby anymore.
P.S:
Well, I just wanted to say, Happy Birthday to my son Joshua, and I am very happy that you grow as a loving baby boy. I couldn’t ask for more to be your mother and I’m so proud! We love you so much and we thanked God for you as always…
Anyway, I missed some of the cake photos since i used our camcorder to take pictures on that moment, so maybe I will post some later!
