Potty Training: Signs of Readiness

My son is never been potty trained yet, they said, that it depends on child's signs of readiness to be potty trained.
So I search online and here's some signs to know if your child is ready to be potty trained.
• Does he have bowel movements at a fairly predictable time? Does he let you know through words or behaviors that he's aware that he's having one? = well, he will never let me know unless he already defecated.
• Can he pull down and pull up his pants? - Sometimes he does, but not all the time.
• Does he show an interest in the bathroom and what other people do in it? = Yes, he loves being in the bathroom but not in the toilet, rather in the bath tub.
• Can he walk over to and sit down on the potty by herself? = no, not yet!
• Has he started saying "No!" to you? Does he like to have at least some of her toys in certain special places? This shows that he's interested in controlling things in his environment. = He can say, 'NO!" but not being organized or put things in the certain places.
• Does he know what "wet" and "dry" mean? = He knew dry and wet in some situation.
• Does he respond to praise and want to please you? = Yes, sometimes.
It seem like my son is not ready yet, but I will try and look on some signs as well. On this matter, if my son shows most of these behaviors, he may be ready to begin soon.
