Thai Letter Holder

I was surprised when I checked out what's in our mailbox today, a Letter Holder from Lalaine of Day to Day Miracles. So, when I walked back from the mailbox, I can't help not to open the package right away, since I was so intrigued with the letter holder since it also from Thailand. I never been to Thailand, you know, so I was really pleased with some Thai products as well.
so, by the way, when I opened it, I was amazed of how beautiful it was, so I took a picture of it just where I put it in our living room.

Too Slow

I was in the midst of updating all of my blogs today and do some memes too, while at the same time, I was refreshing my dashboard to catch some opp from PPP. Unfortunately, I couldn't grab one or there's no available. So I've decided to just wrote some of my tasks from other websites. Then, when I'm writing these tasks, that's where all these opps popping out on my dashboard, and there were like tons of them and they were being reserved immediately every time I checked out on them. Duh! I am so slow, or just need to be more persistent to just wait and wait, patiently. Now, I wasn't able catch some big fish since I woke up so late today, either. I think I need to get up early next time, so I can do a lot of things before my school starts next week. I felt being so dragged with things while thinking of me going to school next week, it could be a busy life for me!

A Box Head

My son had been so silly for this past couple of days. Just a while ago, he had this blocks box and suddenly, he put this on his head and began walking along right to the TV stand and bumped his head with the box and almost cry it out. So, he took it out of his head and sit on the living room for quite a while. After a while, he decided to put the box back on his head and then throw it away. Too bad I don't have any picture of him with the box on his head. I just have this one that he was ready to do so.

But later today, while I was on the computer, he was walking towards me with this box on his head. I grabbed the camera right just in front of me, and finally took some of it.

I just love the smile on his face!

So, when I said, "Where's Joshua?", he took it off and smile.

1) What is the hardest secret you've ever had to keep?

~Some family matters whether on my husband's side or my family. I just couldn't help it not to burst it out at my hubby, lol! Oh but wait, there's one secret that I never talked to him yet....I guess, I will never....:) Even though, he will find this post, still I would keep it as a secret....:)

2) If your soul were to be represented by a color, what color would it be?
~It could be light blue or light pink, some say blue rsymbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith and tranquility. While, light pink symbolizes romantic and nostalgic feelings. And I guess, I have all of them most of the time.

3) Define the word "hypocrite."

~ Hypocrite for me, is lack of self confidence and so as lack of self esteem.

4) If you had to trade closets with someone you know, whose wardrobe would you like to have? (assume the clothes would magically fit)

~My sister in law Danielle, I loved her style of clothing and her taste of fashion.

Is that a camp chair? Well, probably people in the house just done hanging outside of their house. I just love being outside too. I enjoyed the nice weather and the relaxing fresh air. I missed being Up North.

Healthy and Quick Breakfast Ideas

Here are some relatively simple and healthy ideas. If you aren’t getting enough nutrients, your baby will actually tap your stored resources. So, make what you eat count!

* Try preparing a healthy casserole the night before. When you wake up, just pop it in the oven and it will be ready to go when you are. Make things easier on yourself in the morning.
* Try complex carbohydrates, including whole wheat toast and bagels. You can spread some peanut butter and raisins on top of either for some more flavor, and the energy from them will last much longer than a quick sugary treat you might otherwise eat.
* Try baking a batch of bran muffins early in the week. These can be grabbed as you head out the door. Don’t have much skill in the kitchen? Check out a local bakery and see if they have any healthy muffins.

* Waffles are filling in the morning, but who has time to stand around in the kitchen to make a batch? Make some for Sunday morning and freeze the leftovers. You can pop these in the toaster for a homemade breakfast. Still don’t have time for this? Grocery stores sell whole grain frozen waffles if you can’t have the real deal.
* Have you ever tried including a whole wheat tortilla in your breakfast? Wrap up some scrambled eggs or leftover roast chicken and cheese, grab an apple and you’re on your way.
* Don’t forget cold cereal. We’re not talking about those covered with sugar, but the healthy variety. Items such as Wheaties and Cheerios are always good to go with.
* Eat those eggs! They are full of iron, protein, and all kinds of other good nutrients that your baby can use to grow. Omelets with lots of veggies are quick and tasty.
* Try making a shake or a smoothie. You can blend fruit and yogurt quickly and then drink it in the car. Consider bringing along a small bag of finger foods, like a mixture of granola and grapes.

Eat Fruits and Veggies a day

With just a little thought and a tiny bit of effort in snack preparation, you can make these nutritious foods more convenient and accessible, whether on the go, or laying on the couch, resting those swollen ankles.
* Add fruit to your cereal, oatmeal, waffles or pancakes at breakfast.
* Create your own yogurt flavors with plain yogurt and different combinations of fruit.
* Snack on raw vegetables or fruits instead of chips or pretzels. Keep sugar snap peas, raisins or carrot sticks in your car, your office or your backpack.
* Use chunky salsa instead of thick, creamy snack dips.
* Drink 100% juice instead of addictive coffee, tea, or soda.
* Going out to lunch? Take a trip to the grocery salad bar. Use lots of dark green leaves and other vegetables instead of piling on all of the extras like eggs, bacon, or croutons.
* Add frozen veggies to any pasta dish.
* Keep fruits and vegetables in line of sight. Grapes, oranges, bananas, and apples make a colorful bowl arrangement on the table. If you see them, you will eat them.
* Dried fruit is just as portable as potato chips -- and less messy. Plus, it's an easy way to increase your iron consumption.
* When cooking vegetables, makes 2-3 times more than you need and immediately store the extra away for tomorrow. It will save you time later on when you might not feel up to the task of cooking.
* Dried fruit tastes especially good when added to a basic trail mix.
* Add your own beans and vegetables (tomatoes, spinach, peppers, cabbage) to canned and quick-serve soups. The beans will add protein while the veggies will pack in some extra vitamins.
* If you must have pizza, load on extra veggies and pineapple.
* Try berries, melons or dates for a naturally sweet dessert rather than the usual candy bar, cookie, or ice cream sandwich.
* Frozen fruit and veggies are nearly as healthy as the fresh stuff, and only take minutes to prepare.
* Combine fruit with your main meal courses. Raisins, apples and tangerine slices add sweet, crunchy variety to a salad. Apples complement pork and orange slices are perfect with chicken.

Silly Monkey: Hanging Out at the Campfire

It's time for my Silly Monkey Story. This story took place when we had our Up North Vacation last July of this year. It was all about my son, Josh. We're outside of the cabin at that time and my son were at the campfire, sitting around and relaxing. I was outside too busy taking photos of nice, green nature. Once I caught him sitting, and grab this pepsi can, seem like he was opening
it, so gladly I took a picture of it.
But after, a while he started running around and threw the can away. So, I ended up chasing him from all over the place and stopped him to make any unwanted moves. He enjoyed picking up rocks, then, threw them away, Sometimes, he went to the grasses and run! Oh boy, I felt like I'm going to lose some weight! Until I noticed he got some booboo on his right little finger. Poor baby!

I've been looking forward to buy a memory card for my camcorder, just for me to be able to take pictures as well. Bought a Cellphone for my Kid

I find my son very cute every time he uses anything he could grab as a phone. So I've decided to get a phone toy in a Dollar Store. So glad they have one. I bought one for him and now he's always using it. He always seem talking to somebody on the phone. It was just so funny since, sometimes it lasted for like 5 minutes, he kept on talking and talking and talking. I never even understand everything he said! LOL!
