It has been few days now that my son was eating good, but lately this days, like about 2 days now, he doesn't want to eat again. I don't know, and he's been cranky and crabby and wanted to be held all the time, maybe he's teething. I had something to do, but I couldn't do them since he wants me to hold him most of the time. I think the time that I had to put him down was for him to get his nap. He's been crying sometimes everytime we put him down. I think he just wanted to be held and get cuddled. Thank God hubby was here to help me out. Well, he just been picky with food too lately. He just wanted to eat one particular food. So I had to give it to him, every now and then. It's harder than I thought! But thankful that he's been healthy enough to ease my worries.

My son is very playful, even though he was so sleepy and tired, he would find a way to be stay up and will look up for something to do. He loves playing, not with his toys, though, but with papers and it's fine though because he never ever put anything into his mouth. He loves my Burtbees lip gloss, maybe because it's colorful. He likes to play with things that he seldom to see. But I wondered, even my in laws, that he always hold on to the things he found, he holds them for about 30 minutes. He would never lost any single of them, either. And the funny thing is, every time I asked him to give it to me, he would try to run away or just his back around, which is so cute! I ended up kissing him. But sometimes when I tried to kiss him he would push me away, now he doesn't want to be kissed! Oh well, time passed by so quickly, 2 weeks to go and my son will be a toddler na...

It's my son's first Christmas holiday! It was fun, he never knew anything about it yet, but he was stimulated and get used to meet new people now during our party last night. He met some of his dada's cousins, aunts and uncles. They held him and play with him, since it was their first time to gazed at him, we never met them as always, so I guess, some of them, saw my son when he was still a newborn, some were when I was still pregnant. So, the time they met me again, I had my baby already and will be almost a year old! Time flies so quickly, yes, sure is! They had fun with my boys last night! Seems like he's the center of the party! lol! I'm glad they loved my boy, though! lol! Got some pics from my in law's house!

It's been all over Michigan now, about the case of Stephen Grant whom killed his wife Tara Grant last February of 2007, he has been denying the issue of killing his wife, but in later, police found some evidences that can lead up to him, he finally confessed through a written confession.
I called him baby too but sometimes I recalled it, as a "Baybay" lol! I don't know why, but that's what I noticed! My mother in law was baby sitting my son Joshua yesterday from 7 in the evening until 11, we're late coming home though, it supposed to be 10, but my mother in law were fine with it. She's very nice and understanding enough and so we don't have problem with her. Anyways, when we got home, she was started sharing to us her experience towards my boy, she said, he cracks her up and have fun of taking good care of him. He's a fun baby boy, he do lots of things that is so funny, he walks with his knees, he pushes his toys with his hands while walking with his knees, he started batting some of his toys and sometimes put them all together in one spot. And he fell asleep after. So when we got home, he's asleep. I'm glad she's having good time taking care of him. And being used to his grandma too, so he won't cry whenever she comes and visit us. So, I guess, he likes Nana!

My son is having fun watching Mickey Mouse Club House, The Backyardigans, Little Einsteins and Blue Clues, he will surely stopped playing if he heard any of these cartoons turn on. I don't know why but I find myself singing some of its song, lol! And my son was just smile, I don't know what's back of his mind but I just find my self hooked into it! He's been a TV observant now and he loves watching TV. Most of his routine to watch TV was during his meal time. But if not sometimes he just fell himself to play and walk around the house. He's really getting big!!!

Finally, we found a restaurant for my son's first birthday party. We already sent out some of the invitations as well. Pretty soon, my baby will be a toddler na, no more baby anymore...but he will always be, here in my heart! nagdrama si mader kadali! lol!
Anyways, my son's birthday is fast approaching, me and hubby was thinking what would be the nice gift present that we can ahve for him. Any ideas guys? There's a lot of gifts we can find but I want something that he can use for a long time, clothes? nah! no more clothes, he will just outgrow them, he's only 11 months but he's wearing 18 months now! Dah! Thankfully enough though, for having in laws who handed me down some of their pre-owned kid's clothes. Baby boys grow so fast as with girls and they need more of new clothes!
Well, maybe we just give him toys? about books? probably. Money? maybe with a first piggy bank? hmmmmm...

My husband and I were very eager, since our son's first birthday was almost near, like 3 weeks more to go until January 10th, it seems like not but days and nights pass by so fast. And now, were thinking and planning where we will hold the party. We already ordered the invitations and we did already jotted down those people we wanted to invite. Unfortunately, we haven't figure out yet where we gonna hold this party. I was thinking of doing it in a restaurant (which I would probably do search for it online). If you think, what about our house? I don't think so, too small to do it here, oh well...
Anyhow, I couldn't believe he will be a year old soon! I could still remember my labor moment and that whole 9 months of being pregnant, maybe because waiting for baby to come out was really indeed a boredom! I got some recent pictures of my son Josh!!!

I found most American love to read books, especially my husband's family, they really love to read books, and so am I! When I was younger like 6 years old or even maybe when I was a year old I don't remember I owned some books that taught me how to count, read, etc... I just remember I had one when I started going to school. Unlike here in US, most people encourage their kids to read which is the best thing to do, being a wide reader could help to enhance the ability of knowing more and gives you more knowledge and understanding about certain things.
My mother in law visited us today, and yes she got another stuff for my son, it's books again. I love this book since it teaches you how to count the numbers by showing items and define which one is which and also it shows a lot of things which helps the baby to learn how to diffirentiate. Love this book!!! Even me, I could enjoyed it!

My son Josh was turning 11 months today! Very big boy now! Next year he's gonna be a year old, pretty soon enough though! Hubby and I were thinking what would be our best birthday party for our first born son...we're still thinking about it! Though Jan. 10 is almost near. Oh well... He's been very busy walking now, no care about his birthday at all! Of course, he doesn't know about it yet! He's been walking all around our house, touching my stuff, my picture frames, he knows now how to turn his walker whenever he's almost hitting the wall. He loves jokes, to play with him, and got tickled. And he knows now what is kisses mean, he sometimes push me away everytime I asked for one! :( He becomes quite possessive of his toys and resents their being removed. he loves throwing things away. He holds on to two things in one hand. He follows conversation and makes sounds in the gaps, he always does.

When I was doing my laundry, my son Josh found our cd/casette player, since we just put it on the floor, he can easily play with it and trying to touch and press some of it's button, when I'm out of the area to get some clothes in the dryer, I heard it on and the music started playing. I just didn't think about it that he knew how to turn the cassette on since the cd would not work unless you push it, and the play button which is so tiny where around the area where you couldn't see it since it was sorrounded by other three other buttons. Probably, he was just pushing all the buttons and got the right one, maybe I was just being exaggerated. LOL!
Well, I just found out that he likes to listen to Bach music too, sometimes I found him beside the cassette while the music playing and he was there playing with his toys while listening to it. He really loves music! I thought! And whenever I put him to take his naps with this Bach on, always he settled himself to sleep. What a help for me! hehehehe! I got this from my baby shower and always played it when he was just a newborn until he was about 6 months old. And now he listened to it all over again. I wonder if he remembers it.
Wanted to share the CD!

My son Josh was finally walking after couple of weeks figuring this thing out such as how to balance himself from falling.
And now he got the clues, he's on his way from the kitchen to our bed room. I got some of his photos, strolling around and have some fun like a big boy!

|Your Celebrity Baby Name Is...|
Winter is here! The cold weather is covering all over the state again. It's getting pretty cold outside! Like now, I can see the flurries showering again, on and off. A few months ago when Joshua was about 4 months old, he was being diagnosed having an Eczema which it breaksout again during cold weather, since being on an extreme dryness and lack of humidity could cause low humidity and I guess it enhancing the eczema fungus to accelerate. It went away during summer time, it's totally gone. Now it came back again.
My poor baby! I was so dissapointed about it. Too sad to see your baby having too much dry skin which sometimes irritates him. And so I always put more extra moisturizer on and even hydrocortizone whenever it get worst. They said Eczema was a hereditary since hubby's family had one, actually, one of Joshua's cousin had one either, so that's why my son never been exempted with the condition. They said it's a lifetime skin condition which always came back when they reach over 30's to 40's....well, I guess, putting moisturizer might help then...

I'm having problems feeding my son Josh, he doesn't like to eat a lot! He just like to drink his baba, don't even love to eat any finger foods. I was wondering if there could any way, I can do to help him eat more as an 11 month old baby does. Is there any vitamins or supplements that made for babies like his age to enhance his eagerness to eat more? I've been feeding him breakfast, sometimes snack in between lunch and dinner but it's not regular at all. It was just if he do like it, he will eat some. He cries if I forced him to eat more. My husband and I were wondering if his teeth does it to him. Is it possible? Well, I'm just tyring to shout out my inner feeling, as being a mom, I'm kind a worried if he's eating right enough.
Hoping you can give me more ideas how to deal with it!
